For Business Owners
Managing Applications
Review and manage job applications from your Loclie Business Dashboard on the Manage portal.
Time to complete: 5 minutes
Overview
When job seekers apply for your positions through Loclie (using the "Through Loclie" application method), their applications appear on the job detail page in your Business Dashboard on the Manage portal. You can review, acknowledge, and respond to all applications from there.
Note: Applications are only visible in the dashboard for jobs that use the "Through Loclie" application method. Jobs using email or external URL methods handle applications outside of Loclie.

- Be organized - Review all applications, keep track of promising candidates
- Respond professionally - Acknowledge all applications, be courteous when declining, provide a reason for rejection
DON'T:
- Ignore applications - Applicants wait for responses, it reflects on your business
- Wait too long - Good candidates get other offers, momentum is lost
After Hiring
When You've Found Someone
- Contact the successful candidate directly via email or phone
- Mark the job as Filled from the job detail page
