Finding Local Content

Joining Groups

Join community groups on Loclie to connect with locals who share your interests.

Time to complete: 5 minutes

What Are Groups?

Groups on Loclie are informal community groups where locals connect around shared interests:

  • Hobby groups - Book clubs, craft groups
  • Community groups - Parents groups, neighbourhood connections
  • Interest groups - Gardening, photography, music
  • Professional networks - Business networking, industry groups
  • Social groups - Dog owners, retirees, new parents

Groups vs Clubs

Groups are informal, community-driven gatherings without a physical venue. If you're looking for organised, venue-based entities like RSLs, bowling clubs, or surf clubs, see Clubs instead.
