Business Dashboard

Learn how to use your Loclie Business Dashboard to manage your business listing. The Business Dashboard is part of the Loclie Manage portal at manage.loclie.com.au.

Overview

The Business Dashboard is your central hub for managing your claimed business on Loclie. From here, you can update information, post jobs, create campaign alerts, and view analytics. All business management happens on the Manage portal, separate from the consumer app where users browse listings.


Accessing Your Dashboard

How to Access

  1. Sign in to the Manage portal at manage.loclie.com.au
  2. Navigate to Business Dashboard
  3. Or go directly to manage.loclie.com.au/business-dashboard

First-Time Access

If you haven't claimed or created a business yet:


Dashboard Overview

Welcome Header

At the top of the dashboard you will see:

  • Your business name
  • Verification status badge (Verified or Pending Verification)

If you have multiple businesses, you can switch between them.


Quick Stats

The dashboard shows four key metrics in a grid:

Views

  • How many times your listing was viewed
  • Displayed for the last 30 days

Clicks

  • Total clicks on phone, website, and booking links
  • Combined count of all click types

Campaigns

  • Total number of campaigns
  • Shows active and scheduled count

Applications

  • Total job applications received
  • Red badge shows new (unviewed) applications
  • Click to go directly to your jobs page (only clickable when there are active jobs)
  • Shows "No active jobs" with a dash when there are no active job listings

Announcement Card

A quick-edit Announcement Card appears above the Quick Actions, letting you view and update your business announcement directly from the dashboard without navigating to the full profile editor.


Quick Actions

The following quick action buttons are available:

  • Campaigns - Create and manage promotional campaigns for your business
  • Experiences - Add activities and experiences visitors can enjoy at your venue
  • Jobs - Post job listings and manage applications from locals
  • Edit Profile - Update your business details, hours, photos, and description
  • View Page - Open your public business listing in a new tab to see what visitors see
  • Analytics - View performance stats, visitor trends, and engagement metrics
  • Widget & Embed - Add a Loclie listing widget to your own website and track embed views (see Embeddable Widgets)
  • Reviews - View and respond to customer reviews and ratings
  • Settings - Manage team access, notifications, and account preferences

QR Code

Below the Quick Actions, a QR Code section lets you generate and download a QR code for your business. When scanned, the QR code links directly to your public business listing on Loclie. This is useful for printing on menus, flyers, or in-store signage to drive traffic to your listing.


Verification Notice

If your business is pending verification, a notice banner will appear explaining the status.

Business Profile

What you can manage:

  • Tag line and description
  • Contact information (phone, email, website, booking URL)
  • Opening hours (supports multiple hour sets)
  • Business image
  • Categories
  • Location or operating towns (for mobile businesses)
  • Announcement box
  • Time to experience estimates
  • Accommodation details
  • Revenue streams

Jobs Management

What you can do:

  • View all posted jobs with status and application counts
  • Post new job listings
  • View job details and applications
  • Change job status (draft, active, closed, filled)
  • Delete jobs

  • View all customer reviews with ratings and comments
  • Respond publicly to reviews
  • Flag inappropriate reviews for admin review

  • Set separate hours, pricing, and locations for each experience
  • Mark features and attributes for search visibility

Campaign Alerts

What you can do:

  • Create promotional campaign alerts
  • View all campaigns with status and moderation status
  • Edit existing campaigns
  • See campaign towns and categories

What you can view:

  • Profile views with growth trends
  • Click-through rates (phone, website, booking)
  • Unique visitors
  • Conversion rate
  • Click breakdown by type
  • Export data as CSV

Settings

What you can manage:

  • Subscription plan (currently free for all)
  • Verification status
  • Team Access / Delegates - Add team members by email to help manage your campaigns and announcements
  • Notification preferences (coming soon)
  • Account information
  • Danger zone (delete business)

Business List View

When no specific business is selected, the dashboard shows a Business List View with:

  • A list of all your business cards, each showing the business name and key details
  • An "Add Business" button to register a new business
  • A "Pending Approvals" section showing any businesses awaiting admin approval

Select a business card to open its individual dashboard.


Managing Multiple Businesses

If You Have Multiple Locations

  • All your businesses appear on the dashboard
  • Switch between businesses using the business selector
  • Each business has its own stats and pages

Tips for Business Owners

DO:

  • Check regularly - Review new applications, update information as needed, monitor your analytics
  • Keep information current - Update hours for holidays, add new photos, refresh descriptions
  • Respond to applications - Review applications promptly, contact promising candidates, close filled positions

DON'T:

  • Ignore your dashboard - Applications may be waiting, information may be outdated
  • Let jobs stay posted - Close filled positions, remove outdated listings

Is the Business Dashboard free?

Yes! All dashboard features are free, including:

  • Profile management
  • Job posting
  • Analytics
  • Campaigns

Can multiple people access my business?

Yes. Business owners can add delegates (team members) through the Settings page. Add a team member by their email address and they will be able to help manage campaigns and announcements for your business.


How do I add another business?

Find your other business on Loclie and claim it, or create a new business listing. Once verified, it will appear in your dashboard.
